LONDON, United Kingdom - Guy Ritchie and Madonna have their divorce, according to the British publication, The Sun.

The "RocknRolla" says director will walk away with assets totaling approximately $ 60 million, including a 1200-acre estate, a London pub, and a settlement in cash.

Madonna will stick to its New York and Los Angeles homes and most of her large fortune, The Sun reported.

"The negotiations were relatively painless," The Sun quoted a source as saying. "Guy knew what he wanted and Madonna knew what they would like to keep. There was a curse when Guy was in a mood to dig in his heels, but he decided this scheme is reasonable and a long battle over money, the life unbearable."

Madonna is represented by divorce lawyer Fiona Shackleton, who previously represented Paul McCartney in his divorce from Heather Mills. Shackleton messages Madonna's divorce terms negotiated during a day of telephone conversations with Guy lawyers.

The former couple messages expected to reach a compromise on their three children - Lourdes, 12, who is the daughter of Madonna and ex Carlos Leon, and sons Rocco, 8, and David, 3.

With the divorce all but out of the way, Guy, who's in London filming "Sherlock Holmes" with Robert Downey Jr., is reportedly ready to go and romantic.

"Guy has always been very popular with women," said the source. "They have thrown themselves at him throughout his marriage, but he is always totally loyal. Now it's ready, he plans to have a little fun - that is something missing in his life for far too long."
